			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The US Government has established 13 SEER as the new minimum efficiency for 3-Phase Small Package Products (SPP) and split systems under 65,000 BTU/hr. Effective June 16, 2008, only products rated 13 SEER or higher may be manufactured for sale in the USA. (Canada adopted this minimum for 3-phase products in 2006. Both the US and Canada adopted this minimum for single-phase products in January 2006.)</p>
<p>ICP 3-phase products under 13 SEER and under 65,000 BTU/hr will go to a Build-to-Order status with a 30-day lead time immediately.</p>
